Dans leurs activit\u00e9s quotidiennes, ils-elles travaillent en \u00e9troite collaboration avec la direction des \u00e9tablissements m\u00e9dico-sociaux, en particulier avec les chefs de service. Leur travail est ax\u00e9 sur:<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019encadrement<\/strong>. Les t\u00e2ches principales des infirmiers-\u00e8res d\u2019INTERCARE sont la formation informelle, comme le coaching direct des employ\u00e9s au lit des r\u00e9sidents-es, ainsi que le soutien formel, par exemple la conduite de discussions de cas ou la planification et la mise en \u0153uvre de formations pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins identifi\u00e9s. Cela permet d\u2019assurer le d\u00e9veloppement continu du personnel infirmier.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Leadership clinique<\/strong>. Les infirmiers-\u00e8res d\u2019INTERCARE sont responsables de la direction clinique dans les principaux domaines d\u2019INTERCARE. Ils-elles encouragent la mise en \u0153uvre de la planification pr\u00e9alable des soins et des instruments fond\u00e9s sur des donn\u00e9es probantes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Interface pour la coop\u00e9ration interprofessionnelle<\/strong>. Les infirmiers-\u00e8res d\u2019INTERCARE soutiennent et encouragent la collaboration entre les diff\u00e9rents groupes professionnels afin que des d\u00e9cisions communes puissent \u00eatre prises et que l\u2019apprentissage mutuel soit facilit\u00e9 par l\u2019\u00e9change d\u2019exp\u00e9riences.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Activit\u00e9s cliniques<\/strong>. Dans les situations complexes, les infirmiers-\u00e8res d\u2019INTERCARE effectuent des \u00e9valuations et des examens physiques en collaboration avec le personnel infirmier et le m\u00e9decin concern\u00e9 dans le cadre d\u2019une \u00e9valuation g\u00e9riatrique compl\u00e8te. L\u2019objectif est d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les capacit\u00e9s fonctionnelles existantes et d\u2019\u00e9viter un nouveau d\u00e9clin des r\u00e9sidents.
